To get help from the Flow Team

1. Click the ‘?,’ then Send feedback in your Flow Hub

2. Add details about the issue and what you expected

The more details, the easier it is for us to resolve your issue. Sharing through here automatically attaches diagnostic information that helps us resolve the issue quickly.

You can also submit feedback from your tray menu. Just select the Flow icon at the top of your screen.

To flag a transcript to help improve our model

1. Navigate to the History tab of your Flow Hub

2. Flag to report a transcript

Click the flag icon next to the transcription you want to report. Details on what you said or how you expected Flow to behave are always helpful.
