Flow’s command mode can make minor edits, fix grammatical issues, change wording or tone, re-formats, and translate. But command mode can't yet "think" or make new material.

Use your cursor to highlight the text. Flow will use the text you have highlighted and surrounding text from the textbox in which you are actively dictating to complete the command.

Heads up! The updated text will replace the text you’ve highlighted.
