How do I create a Flow Team if I already have a personal account?

To create a Flow Team, your account must use your work email. If you have an existing personal account, this means you’ll need to make a new account to create or manage a Flow Team.

We don’t yet have a way to transfer your Dictionary or usage stats between accounts, but this is on our radar!

To join a Flow Team, your account must use your work email. If you have an existing personal account, this means you’ll need to create a new account in order to join a Flow team.

If you already have a Pro account, email us afterwards and we can prorate and refund your subscription.

What is the minimum number of users required for a Teams plan?

Minimum of 3 users at $10 per user per month — total cost of $30 per month for a team (with yearly billing)

Can I trial the Teams plan before purchasing it?

Not at the moment. When you sign up with a personal account, you get a 2 week free trial of Flow Pro. We recommend that as a starting point.

If I already have a Pro subscription but I have been invited to a Team, will I be refunded?

Yes, you will be automatically refunded.

I was invited to my company’s Teams plan using the wrong email, and now I’m unable to access it. How can I fix this?

Ask your administrator to remove the incorrect email from the admin panel and to send you an invitation with the correct email address. Then, follow the link in the email to access the Teams plan (if you haven’t already downloaded Flow). If you already have the app downloaded, simply sign in with the correct email to access Flow Teams.
